Gameplay and technical help

Stuck on a control or running into a problem? Tell us which game you are playing and where it happens. The same support address is the place to start as our collection grows.

Privacy help

Tell us which game your request concerns. Use the game's privacy policy to find its local-data controls and instructions for requesting deletion of developer-held support records.

Please do not email passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information.

Cling Rush help

Pull the character down and release to climb. Play as Koala and unlock five more characters with earned coins, chase your personal best and complete daily goals. Progress and streaks stay on your device.

In Cling Rush version 1.0.4 and later, the top menu contains Privacy policy, Privacy choices when available, and Age range. The privacy notice works offline. Version 1.0.3 uses its earlier privacy and age controls.

To reset Cling Rush's local progress, clear its Android app storage or uninstall. Support cannot restore or clear these local records remotely. Optional score sharing uses an app you choose.

Optional Google Play Games leaderboards and achievements are being prepared for Cling Rush version 1.0.5 and are not yet in the public release. Those Google records are separate from local coins, unlocks, settings and streaks. If you use the feature, follow the game's data deletion instructions to manage Google records and local data separately. Support does not need your Google password or account credentials.
