Your climb, your choices

Cling Rush Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 6, 2026

Cling Rush is provided by Alien Tech Services LLC. Contact gamesupport@alientechservices.com for privacy questions and requests. Follow the data deletion steps to remove local data, manage Google Play Games records or request deletion of developer-held support records.

Version 1.0.3 and version 1.0.4 have local progress and Google advertising without Play Games features. Optional Play Games features are being prepared for version 1.0.5 and are not yet available in the public release.

Game progress on your device

Scores, earned coins, character unlocks, audio settings and daily-goal records are stored locally on your device. Cling Rush does not require a developer game account and does not upload your progress to a developer server. There is no cloud save. Optional Play Games scores and achievements in version 1.0.5 are separate Google records; they cannot restore coins, unlocks, settings or daily-goal streaks. Android backup and device transfer of the app's data are disabled. Clearing the game's app storage or uninstalling removes this local progress.

Your age range

The game asks you to choose an age range: under 13, 13-17, or 18 and older. It stores only that category locally and does not ask for your date of birth. The app uses your choice to select advertising and consent restrictions and eligibility for optional Play Games. Google receives the corresponding age-based privacy-treatment and consent signals when its services are used; your choice is not included in shared score text.

Players with an unknown age range or an under-13 selection receive no ads and cannot enable Play Games. For ages 13-17, the app applies conservative advertising and under-age-of-consent treatment. In version 1.0.4 and later, open the top menu and choose Age range to change your choice. Version 1.0.3 uses its Age range control. Changing it affects future game requests; it does not erase Google's previous consent records or existing Play Games data. If Play Games has already initialized, its SDK may remain active until the app restarts.

Optional Google Play Games in version 1.0.5

Eligible players can explicitly enable Play Games from the top menu. Ordinary gameplay remains available without it. After that choice, Google's SDK can authenticate automatically on later eligible launches. The planned features are a best-climb leaderboard and achievements for reaching 10, 20, 30, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 250 and 500 meters. Completed-climb scores and achievement progress are sent to Google when the feature is enabled and available. There is no developer login, game server or developer event upload.

Google processes your Play Games profile identity, submitted scores and achievements. Its SDK also handles analytics and diagnostic information for reliability and product improvements. See the Play Games SDK data disclosure and Google's Privacy Policy. Cling Rush does not request your email address or a friends list, read profile details into its own screens, or save a Google player ID, name or avatar in its local records.

Your Google profile settings control visibility. Review Play Games privacy and sign-in settings or open your Play Games profile. Turning off the feature stops future game-initiated score and achievement requests, but cannot cancel requests already sent. Restart the app to end an already-initialized SDK session. Turning it off does not delete Google's existing records.

Google advertising and consent

Cling Rush uses Google AdMob for ads between completed runs and optional rewarded ads. We request non-personalized ads and use Google's User Messaging Platform to manage required consent messages and privacy choices. The game does not include a separate developer analytics service or send gameplay events to a developer backend.

Google's advertising SDK collects and shares IP addresses, which can indicate approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. We remove the Android advertising-ID permission and do not request precise location, but other SDK identifiers, including app set ID, and network information can still be processed. Non-personalized ads do not mean that no information is collected. SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS.

Consent information is managed by Google's SDK. Use the game's Privacy choices control when choices are available, and your device's advertising-privacy settings. In version 1.0.4 and later, privacy controls are in the top menu. Privacy policy opens a notice bundled with the app that works offline. For Google's processing and controls, see Google's Privacy Policy, Google Mobile Ads data disclosure and Google's advertising privacy controls.

Optional sharing and support

If you choose to share a score, Cling Rush sends score text to the sharing app you select. It does not automatically post to your contacts or social accounts. The selected app's privacy policy governs what happens after you share.

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you provide. We use this correspondence to answer your request, investigate the reported issue and handle related privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information.

Website and hosting

This website has no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, tracking cookies or contact form. Your browser sends normal connection information, including an IP address, to the hosting and network providers needed to deliver it. Our site server disables HTTP request access logs and detailed HTTP error logs. Hosting and network providers may process their own connection and security information to deliver and protect their services.

Retention and deletion

Local progress, your selected age range and any local Play Games preference remain on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall. There is no developer database of game progress. Google's advertising, consent and Play Games records are handled according to Google's policies and settings; we do not set a fixed retention period for those provider records.

Request data deletion

  1. To erase local scores, coins, unlocks, audio settings, daily-goal records, the selected age range and any local Play Games preference, open Android Settings, select Apps, Cling Rush, Storage and Clear storage, or uninstall the game. Menu labels vary by device. Support cannot clear these records remotely.
  2. For Play Games data created by version 1.0.5, first turn off Play Games in the game's top menu and restart the app so later gameplay does not submit new records. Follow Google's instructions to delete an individual game's data or your Play Games profile. These controls are separate from clearing local app storage and from Google Account controls. Deleting Google's game records does not clear local progress.
  3. To request deletion of developer-held support correspondence, email gamesupport@alientechservices.com with the subject Cling Rush data deletion from the email address you originally used to contact support. Say which correspondence you want removed. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
  4. After processing your request, we remove the requested support correspondence and associated email address, except records needed for legal obligations or a dispute. Any retained records remain only for as long as needed for those purposes.

There is no developer Cling Rush account to delete. Your request covers records held by the developer. Google, sharing apps and hosting or network providers handle their own records and deletion controls under their respective policies.

Audience and international processing

Cling Rush is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Privacy and consent rules can differ by country. Google and other providers may process information outside your country under their applicable safeguards. If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to us, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

Security and policy updates

The app's advertising, consent and Play Games connections use encrypted transport. We use support correspondence only for the purposes described here. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the game changes and will publish the revised effective date on this page.
