Cling Rush Game Terms

Cling Rush is provided by Alien Tech Services LLC and is intended for players aged 13 and older.
Free gameplay and earned coins
The game is free to play. Coins are earned through gameplay and unlock characters on your device. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money. There are no real-money purchases.
Advertising and optional rewards
Ads may appear at natural breaks after completed runs. In version 1.0.3 and later, an interstitial may appear after the first completed run. After any fullscreen ad, another interstitial requires at least two completed runs and 180 seconds of active play. Menus, results, loading, pauses, background time, ads and consent forms do not count as active play. Reaching the time threshold does not interrupt a climb; ads wait for the next eligible completed-run break. You can optionally watch a rewarded ad to double the coins earned in that completed climb once. A bonus is granted only after the advertising SDK confirms the reward; starting or closing an ad does not by itself grant a bonus. Availability depends on consent, age treatment, connection and ad supply. You can continue ordinary gameplay without a rewarded ad.
Local progress and sharing
Coins, character unlocks, settings and daily-goal streaks stay on your device. There is no developer game account or cloud save. Version 1.0.3 and version 1.0.4 do not include Play Games features. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local progress. Do not rely on the game to transfer or recover scores, coins or unlocked characters. Sharing a score is optional and uses the app you select.
Optional Play Games in version 1.0.5
A best-climb leaderboard and achievements for 10, 20, 30, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 250 and 500 meters are being prepared for version 1.0.5 and are not yet in the public release. Eligible players aged 13 and older can choose to enable Play Games from the top menu. Google authentication may run automatically on later eligible launches after that choice. Google hosts submitted scores and achievements; these records do not restore local coins, unlocks, settings or streaks. Visibility depends on your Google profile settings, and availability depends on Google's service, authentication and connection. You can continue ordinary gameplay without Play Games. Turning it off stops new game-initiated submissions, while already-sent requests and an initialized SDK session may remain until the app restarts. Google's records use Google's deletion controls.
Use of the game
Use the game for personal entertainment. Game content and third-party assets remain subject to their respective owners' rights. These terms do not grant permission to redistribute the game's source or assets.
